Canadian police arrest American journalist covering indigenous protest

NewsFollowing the February 24 arrest of documentary filmmaker Melissa Cox, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) calls on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to respect the rights of journalists covering indigenous protests and to ensure journalists can do their work without being subject to punitive action. The RCMP should not file charges against this journalist.
