Human Rights Watch Submits Comments on Proposed Rule on DNA-Sample Collection from Immigration Detainees The following is Human Rights Watch’s comment in response to the US Department of Justice (DOJ) proposed rule, “DNA-Sample Collection From Immigration Detainees,” published October 22, 2019 (Docket No. DOJ-OAG-2019-0004).
