Philippe LeDoux is an international lawyer based in New York City. He has conducted research and written on multiple fields of public international law, including human rights, international criminal law, international humanitarian law, and law of the treaties, among others. He is now an International Law Fellow in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Rights Program at Human Rights Watch.
