British Parliament to Vote on No-Deal Brexit

British lawmakers are set to vote Wednesday on whether Britain should leave the European Union without agreeing on any of the details of its departure. The so-called "no-deal" Brexit is opposed by Prime Minister Theresa May, but lawmakers have resoundly rejected the agreement her government struck with the EU.
