US Diplomat: Russia Should Release Ukrainian Sailors by Christmas

U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volkers says Russia needs to release the Ukrainian sailors taken captive in the Kerch Strait in late November by Christmas or "before the New Year."
