Nine organisations call on House of Lords to amend threatening Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill

NewsReporters Without Borders (RSF) has signed a joint statement with eight other UK-based organisations expressing concern over the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill, which will next be considered by the House of Lords on 29 October.
