Russia Calls Home Its Students Studying Abroad

Russia has launched a campaign urging about 60,000 of its citizens studying abroad to return home. The marketing campaign is responding to "Russophobic attitudes" toward its citizens and students living abroad, according to the state-run RIA-Novosti news agency.
