RSF concerned by proposed reforms to Canada's National Security legislation

NewsReporters Without Borders (RSF) and local partner Canadian Journalists for Free Expression (CJFE) have today sent the following letter to Canada's Minister for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, Ralph Goodale, detailing both organizations' numerous concerns with Bill C-59, the proposed overhaul of Canada's National Security framework.
