Letter to President Santos on arbitrary detentions and torture in Venezuela

Dear President Santos, I am writing to respectfully urge you to adopt all measures at your disposal to seek the immediate release of 61 people—including 60 Colombians and a Venezuelan citizen unduly deported back to his country from Colombia—who are currently detained in Venezuela.
