Afghan President Alleges Pakistan is Taliban’s Headquarters

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani alleged Friday that Pakistan is the “headquarters” of the Taliban. In a nationally televised speech, Ghani demanded the neighboring country take immediate action against the insurgents instead of making pledges.
