Mexico: Clash between community and state police in Guerrero

Following the events which took place last Sunday 7 January in Acapulco, in the state of Guerrero, in which 11 people, including 3 community police officers, were killed in a clash between members of the Regional Coordination of Community Authorities – Community Po-lice (CRAC-PC) and elements of the state police force, and more than 30 people were arrested, Erika Guevara Rosas, Americas Director at Amnesty International, said:
