Yemeni President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi returned to his country Tuesday for the second time since advancing Houthi fighters forced him to flee to ally Saudi Arabia in March. Hadi arrived in the southern port city of Aden where he also made a brief visit in late September. The Houthis captured Aden eight months ago after pushing south from the capital, Sana'a.
