Suicide Bomber Kills 23 in Yemen

A suicide bomber has attacked a gathering of Shi'ite Houthi rebels in central Yemen, killing at least 23 people. Dozens of people were also wounded in the attack, including many women and children. The blast occurred Wednesday as people were celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad at a cultural center in the central city of Ibb. The provincial governor was among those wounded.
