Yemeni Forces Rescue 8 Hostages from al-Qaida

Yemeni counterterrorism forces rescued eight hostages from their al-Qaida kidnappers in a raid Tuesday. Seven al-Qaida members were killed and one Yemeni soldier was wounded. The identities of the hostages were unclear, but at least six were Yemeni and one was a foreigner.
