Lithuania blocking the truth about CIA Secret Prisons

21 October 2011 The Lithuanian authorities have yet to investigate a significant amount of information linked to CIA secret prisons in the country. The Lithuanian authorities must reconsider a decision not to re-open an investigation into CIA secret prisons on Lithuanian territory, Amnesty International said today.
