UNESCO hosted debates on social networking and community media at WSIS Forum 2010

Two events organized by UNESCO at the WSIS Forum 2010 triggered fruitful discussions in Geneva this month. The High Level Debate on Social Networking focused on freedom of expression and youth empowerment, while the role of community media in disaster preparedness was tackled during the meeting on WSIS Action Line "Media".
