Wednesday 28 April 2010 Berlanty Azzam, a young Palestinian woman tells how, two months away from finishing her degree, she was handcuffed, blindfolded and forcibly transferred to Gaza. In 2005 Berlanty Azzam, a young Palestinian woman from Gaza, travelled to the West Bank to begin a university degree in business administration and translation at Bethlehem University. In October 2009, just two months away from finishing her degree, Berlanty was forcibly transferred to Gaza by the Israeli military.
