Experts say the release of three detained Americans from North Korea is the latest sign of improving relations between the United States and North Korea ahead of a planned summit between President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un. Trump said he believes the meeting could be very good for the region and the world, but told reporters Wednesday "everything can be scuttled."
