LA Times article on Camp Honor, ICRC statement

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has taken note of the article entitled "Elite units under an office of Maliki's linked to jail where detainees are tortured, Iraq officials say", published by the Los Angeles Times on 14 July regarding Camp Honor.
