Jammu and Kashmir urged to release teenage protester held in administrative detention

Friday 15 April 2011 Jammu and Kashmir is holding numerous people, including children, in administrative detention after protests in summer 2010. Authorities in India’s Jammu and Kashmir state must immediately end the administrative detention of a child who has been held by police since January, Amnesty International said today.
