RSF condemns flagrant erosion of press freedom in Algeria

NewsReporters Without Borders (RSF) calls on the Algerian authorities to end their increasingly blatant use of the judicial system to persecute journalists, gag the media and throttle freedom of the press. A crackdown on independent journalists and bloggers is being stepped up despite the coronavirus epidemic.
