MEPs: Seek European Court’s Opinion on EU-Morocco Fisheries Agreement’s Compatibility with International Law

Dear Members of the European Parliament, On February 12, 2019, the European Parliament is scheduled to vote on a legislative resolution on the draft Council decision on the conclusion of the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement (SFPA) between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco, the Implementation Protocol thereto and the exchange of letters accompanying the Agreement.
