US Defense Secretary Arrives in Irbil, Near Mosul Fighting

U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter arrived Sunday in Irbil, northern Iraq, where he is meeting with Kurdish leaders and military commanders close to the fight to retake the city of Mosul from Islamic State extremists.
