Some US States Taking Lead in Offering Paid Parental Leave

The United States is the only developed country that does not mandate paid parental leave for its citizens. That leaves working mothers and fathers with limited options when a new baby arrives. But a few states in the nation have taken the lead in implementing paid leave policies. VOA’s Julie Taboh reports.
