Uganda/DR Congo: Bringing relief to new influx of refugees

Fresh from a visit with some of the refugees, ICRC's head of delegation in Kampala describes our cooperation with the Ugandan Red Cross to quickly set up a transit camp and begin the work of trying to reunite unaccompanied children with their families.
