UNICEF Executive Director presents an equity-based approach to members of the European Parliament

BRUSSELS, Belgium, 10 October 2011 - UNICEF Executive Director Anthony Lake recently met with Jerzy Buzek, President of the European Parliament and addressed the three European Parliamentary Committees dedicated to Foreign Affairs, Development and Human Rights. The theme of the exchange was “global security, development with equity, and human rights of children".
