Reporters Without Borders hails the Minsk prosecutor general's decision to reopen the investigation into journalist Oleg Bebenin's death, reversing his 3 December decision to close the case after concluding that Bebenin killed himself. He announced on 10 December that the investigation would be continued in order to determine what pushed Bebenin to take his own life.
