Car Bomb Explodes in Baghdad's Sadr City

A car bomb ripped through a market in a Shi'ite area of north Baghdad Wednesday, killing at least 16 people. The explosion struck the Sadr city market during the morning rush.  Hospital and security officials fear the death toll may rise. At least 40 people were wounded in the attack.
