US Economic Outlook Brighter; Global Future Less Clear

After a year of fits and starts, it’s beginning to look like an economic recovery may be taking hold in the United States. That's a sentiment confirmed in part by the central bank’s decision to raise interest rates for the first time since the financial crisis.
