Expecting a large influx of foreign visitors to the 2020 Olympic Games, Japanese authorities are looking for ways to help foreigners understand the different habits and customs they will face in everyday life. One of them is how to use the toilets, because like so many other things in Japan, they are high-tech. VOA’s George Putic reports.
