Barrow: Political Prisoners Will be Released, Gambia Won't Withdraw from ICC

A top opposition politician and 18 others jailed under the outgoing Gambian President, Yahya Jammeh, have been released following the victory of Adama Barrow in last week's presidential election. As celebrations continue throughout the country, the president-elect vows to release more prisoners and says the country will not withdraw from the International Criminal Court.
