Outgoing President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama have campaigned aggressively on behalf of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. On Thursday, Michelle Obama appeared with Clinton in North Carolina where the Republican and Democratic candidates are virtually deadlocked.
