White House Cancels July 4 Picnic Due to Rain

The White House has canceled its annual Fourth of July barbecue for military members and their families because of rain in Washington, D.C. This is the second consecutive year that President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, have had to cancel the picnic and fireworks viewing party because of the weather.
