UN Chief 'Appalled' by Baghdad Terror Attacks

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said he is "appalled by the utter disregard for human life" shown by those responsible for attacks Sunday in Iraq's capital that killed at least 124 people and wounded 186 others.
