Suicide Bombing Kills at Least 82 in Baghdad

A suicide car bombing at a busy shopping area in Baghdad early Sunday killed at least 82 people and wounded more than 130 others, the most deadly attack in the Iraqi capital this year. Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the blast in the Karrada district, saying Shi'ites were targeted.  The jihadist group considers Shi'ites heretics.
