Indonesian Police Arrest Three Suspected IS Militants

Indonesian police say they have arrested three men with links to the Islamic State militant group, who were planning attacks in the country’s second largest city during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.   The men were detained Wednesday in Surabaya, on the country's main island of Java.
