Diplomat Found Dead in El Salvador

Panama's honorary consul in El Salvador was found dead found Thursday with a gunshot wound to the head, officials in San Salvador said. El Salvador's attorney general's office and National Civil Police said the body of Carlos Armando Lemus was found in a parked vehicle in Escalon Colony, within the capital.
