Art Project in Turkey Seeks to Bridge Ethnic Divide

The recent collapse of a peace project between the Turkish government and Kurdish rebels has broadened ethnic divisions between young Kurds and Turks — even as an ambitious 20-month-long art project was seeking to bridge those conflicts. But despite the renewed fighting, belief in the project remains — as Adrian Jones reports from Diatribe, the main city in Turkey's predominantly Kurdish southeast.
