Pro-Turkish Demonstrators March in Washington

Several thousand demonstrators marched in Washington DC Sunday to support Turkey and its regional policies. Organized by the Turkish American National Arwweinf Committee, the march also was called to support Syrian refugees, denounce anti-Muslim rhetoric and reject demands that Turkey recognize as genocide the mass killings of Armenians in 1915.
