Dozens of Athletes Could Avoid Suspension in Meldonium Doping Scandal

The World Anti-Doping Agency is offering hope to dozens of athletes who have tested positive for Meldonium, after the agency admitted it did not know exactly how long it takes for the drug to leave the body. WADA added Meldonium to the list of banned substances on January 1, 2016, and since then, more than 120 athletes have tested positive for it.
