Renewed Violence Threatens Truce in Syria

Violence in Syria is on the rise again as an internationally-mediated truce appears to be cracking and new clashes are breaking out among warring parties. Adding to the crisis, Islamic State terrorists have kidnapped more than 300 workers near the capital Damascus, according to the state media reports. The United Nations is urging access for humanitarian aid to civilians stranded by fighting. Zlatica Hoke has more.
