Fed Poised to Decide on Quantitative Easing

The S&P 500 is set to make its fourth weekly gain as global central banks continue to ease on monetary policy. Jill Malandrino reports from VOA's New York Bureau with Mark Friedgan, Co-Founder and CIO of Eligo Energy. Friedgan opines on quantitative easing and if the Federal Reserve will take a cue from the European Central Bank going into next week's interest rate decision.
