Israeli police say a security guard at a shopping center was "seriously injured" in a stabbing incident suspected to be a Palestinian attack. Police said in a statement Friday they were called to a shopping center in the West Bank Maaleh Adumim settlement where they found a guard lying on the ground with multiple stab wounds.
