A fishing boat ran aground on Rockaway Beach in New York and a Coast Guard vessel sent to rescue them overturned. The 74-foot Carolina Queen fishing boat ran aground Thursday morning in the city's Borough of Queens. Several crewmembers needed to be rescued from the boat, which was listing.
