Western Libya Airstrike Kills 40

U.S. warplanes have carried out airstrikes on an Islamic State training camp in western Libya near the country's border with Tunisia, according to U.S. officials. The strike early Friday destroyed a building in the town of Sabratha, west of Tripoli, in a region where the extremist group has a known presence.
