Tunisia Finishes Fence on Libyan Border to Keep Out Militants

Tunisia has completed a 200-kilometer (125-mile) barrier along its frontier with Libya to try to keep out Islamist militants, and it will soon install electronic monitoring systems, Defense Minister Farhat Hachani said Saturday.
