Adult Coloring Books: Big Business, and Stress Relief

Coloring with crayons or colored pencils is usually a childhood activity. For kids it's all about recognizing colors, expressing themselves and building fine motor skills. It can also be relaxing... but the relaxation component is likely lost on children. More and more adults, however, are sitting down to color as way to chill out.
