IS Expands Car Bomb Attacks From Iraqi Desert

The Islamic State is controlling some parts of the vast desert in Iraq where it is preparing for car bomb attacks against Iraqi security forces and Kurdish Peshmerga fighters, Iraqi officials told VOA.
