Deadly Bus Fire in Northern China, Arson Suspected

Authorities in northern China are searching for the person suspected of setting fire to a bus Tuesday that killed 14 people and left 32 others injured. The fire took place in the city of Yinchuan, the capital of the remote Ningxia region.  State broadcaster CCTV is reporting that police are searching for a man named Ma Yongping in relation to what it called "a serious crime."
