Taliban Claims Responsibility for Kabul Blast that Killed One, Wounded 11

An explosion struck the Afghan capital on Friday evening, killing one person and wounding 11 people, officials said.  The Taliban quickly claimed responsibility and said one of its suicide bombers had carried out the attack. The explosion went off on Friday evening in a central residential area of the city, where many guest houses are located.
